the hotel was lovely, the staff were highly professional, very lovely experience overall. comfortable and magnificent location in what was described as a restaurant and excellent area. for shots visit holmes mill, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Could definitely use better room sizes!!! The lack of storage facilities left me clueless on where to put my belongings. The dining area sounds more like a loud pub instead of a relaxing restaurant, off-putting!!!

I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and found the bed super comfortable, a short 600 meters away, and the vibrant Longitude Art Gallery, just a few steps from the hotel. It's perfect for a weekend city stroll and soaking up local culture. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the warm welcome and helpful service were nice, but I noticed there could be better clarity on breakfast options, as it was served across the street instead of in-house.

The station lounge is such a nice spot, like, we totally loved it! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Awesome selection of beers and wines too! The food was delish and the king room was comfy. Perfect location, just a short walk to everything.
the bed was a bit soft for my liking, and i wish there were more tea cups coz the ones provided were kinda small.

The king room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family stay. I particularly loved the carafe of water with fresh lemon that greeted us upon arrival—it’s a delightful and refreshing touch. The location is great, being so close to shops and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the bathroom tap did not function well, which was quite inconvenient during our stay.

We checked out the Reebok Stadium and nearby trails, perfect for exploring. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff treated us really well. We loved the food and drinks available.
One small downside was the bathroom fan not working, leading to a steamy situation. It was a bit uncomfortable but didn't ruin our fun overall.
